Orders & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?

Most of our products are made to order. Please allow 5–7 working days for dispatch. Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2 working days via Royal Mail. International orders usually take 1–2 weeks, though delays can occasionally occur.

Where is my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. For UK orders, Royal Mail recommends waiting 10 working days from the dispatch date before reporting a parcel as lost. For international orders, please allow 30 working days. If your order hasn't arrived within these timeframes, please contact us at sales@hometailors.co.uk and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — please contact us as soon as possible at sales@hometailors.co.uk with your order number and the changes needed. We'll do our best to accommodate modifications before your order is processed. Please note that custom and personalised orders may not be amendable once production has started.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply on international orders.

Personalisation & Custom Orders
How do I personalise my order?

You can add your personalisation details in the notes or personalisation field at checkout. If you'd prefer, simply place your order and send us your details via email at sales@hometailors.co.uk. For custom logo work or file uploads, please email us directly and we'll guide you through the process.

Can I send you my own logo or artwork?

Absolutely. You can email your files to sales@hometailors.co.uk. If your files are large, we'll provide a Dropbox link. We accept most common file formats; high-resolution images and vector files (SVG, AI, PDF) work best.

Do you offer custom sizes or wording not listed in the shop?

Yes. We offer custom sizing and wording across most of our label ranges. Get in touch with your requirements and we'll provide a quote. We can also accommodate different languages on request.

Products & Labels
Are the labels waterproof and oil-resistant?

Yes. Our labels are printed on matt waterproof vinyl and are designed to withstand splashes, condensation and light oil contact in everyday kitchen and bathroom use. They can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. For best results, apply to a clean, dry surface and allow 24 hours before any contact with liquid.

Can I reposition the labels if I place them incorrectly?

Our labels have a repositionable adhesive, so you can carefully peel and reapply them shortly after initial application. For the strongest bond, apply slowly and smooth firmly from the centre outward. Once fully set, the adhesive becomes more permanent.

What are the dimensions of your products?

All dimensions, capacities and sizing options are listed on each individual product page. If you're unsure whether a label will fit your existing jars or bottles, feel free to message us with the measurements of your container and we'll advise.

Do you sell labels separately, without jars or bottles?

Yes. Labels are available separately, in the Menu select "Pantry Labels". We offer a wide variety of label styles, sizes and collections. If you have a specific size or format in mind, contact us for a custom quote.

Are the jars and bottles dishwasher safe?

We recommend hand-washing all jars, bottles and pourers to preserve both the glassware and any applied labels. The acacia wood lids should always be hand-washed and kept away from prolonged water exposure to maintain their finish.

Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please note that custom and personalised labels are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at sales@hometailors.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and a clear photograph of the damage. We'll assess each case individually and work towards a satisfactory resolution — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
