A well-organised kitchen starts with clear, consistent labels. These waterproof pantry labels are printed on high-quality matt vinyl in a clean, minimal typeface — straightforward enough to suit any jar, bottle or container, and durable enough to last in a busy kitchen. Wipe them clean with a damp cloth; they won't fade, peel or lift at the edges with normal kitchen use.

Two ways to order
Choose from one of our eight ready-made standard collections — each curated to cover a specific pantry category — or send us your own custom list at checkout. For custom labels, simply enter your wording in the personalisation field at checkout, one item per line. Each label in the set can say something different.

Standard collections
The Basic Collection covers 12 everyday pantry staples (flour, sugar, rice, oats, coffee, tea and more) on large 8×8cm labels. The Herbs & Spices Collection is the most popular single collection — 48 labels on 4×4cm for the full range of herbs and ground spices. The Full Collection combines all eight collections into one order, sized correctly per category. Collections cannot be mixed within a single order; for a combination, use the Custom Labels option.

Four sizes
Labels come in four sizes to match your storage: Small (4×4cm) for spice jars and small containers; Medium (6×6cm) for mid-size jars; Large (8×8cm) for pantry jars, cannisters and larger storage; Long (4×8cm) for oil and vinegar bottles. Custom sizes are available — message us before ordering.

Good to know
Labels are printed and supplied loose — they are not pre-applied. Apply to a clean, dry, smooth surface for best adhesion. Labels are waterproof and wipe-clean but not dishwasher-safe. Once applied they are not designed to be repositioned, so take a moment to align carefully before pressing down. Jars and bottles are not included.

Are these labels waterproof?
Yes. Labels are printed on matt waterproof vinyl and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. They are oil-resistant and designed for kitchen use. They are not dishwasher-safe — hand-wash any labelled container rather than putting it through the machine.

Can I choose my own wording instead of a standard collection?
Yes. Select "Custom Labels" and enter your list in the personalisation field at checkout — one label per line. Each label in the set can say something different. Custom sets are available from 4 to 240 labels. If you need a quantity not listed, message us before ordering.

Can I mix items from different collections in one order?
Standard collections are fixed as listed. To mix items from different categories — for example, some spice names alongside some pantry staples — use the Custom Labels option and list all your labels together.

What size label do I need?
Small (4×4cm) suits spice jars and small containers such as our 100ml and 120ml acacia spice jars. Medium (6×6cm) suits mid-size bottles and dispensers. Large (8×8cm) suits pantry storage jars — 500ml and above. Long (4×8cm) suits oil and vinegar bottles and dispensers. If you are using Home Tailors jars, the label sizing guide is also listed on each jar's product page.

Will the labels come already applied to the jars?
No — labels are printed and included loose for you to apply yourself. Apply to a clean, dry, smooth surface and press down firmly from the centre outward. Take a moment to align carefully before pressing down, as the labels are not designed to be repositioned once adhered.

Do you offer labels in other finishes?
